Transportation 

Centred Care Nursing supports NDIS participants with transportation and travel arrangements whenever necessary. This service allows us to transport participants safely to and from destinations. We can arrange for a support person to accompany participants who are having trouble with transportation. Our cars can get you there in style and comfort if you need transportation to a specific location.

We build your capacity.

Participants can develop the ability to travel independently through personal transportation,
associated aids and equipment, or instruction to use public transit without assistance from our
support staff. Centred Care Nursing’s well-trained staff can help you build the capacity to
travel independently.

Where do you want to go?

• We offer Transport Services to and from appointments, school, work, or any other destination.• Our vehicles are wheelchair accessible and equipped with emergency kits, including a first aid box, gloves, hand sanitiser, and travel bag, which are packed according to the individual needs of our NDIS participants.
