Centred Care Nursing offers group and centre-based services that enable our service users to participate in various desired activities and events.

Purpose

The goal is to foster an inclusive and stimulating environment where NDIS participants can interact with new people, make new friends, participate in activities, and learn new skills, all while socialising and having fun.

Centred Care Nursing’s team is experienced in providing nursing services to people of all ages and abilities. We provide clinical support, monitor vital signs, administer medications, perform wound management and more.

Complex Nursing Care

Centred Care Nursing specialises in providing care to clients with complex care needs in the comfort of their own homes or our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes.

Centred Care Nursing assists participants in obtaining and retaining employment opportunities. We are committed to offering support to people with disabilities to enable them to achieve their goals, which may include helping them find and keep suitable jobs.

Participants in the NDIS may be eligible for funding under home and living options to receive assistance with daily personal tasks and live dignified and independent lives. We can assist you in developing a support plan to help you become self-sufficient and enjoy life, regardless of whether you are in a shared house, a rented property, or your own home. If you require SIL accommodation under the NDIS scheme, we will find a suitable house for you. Our accommodations are designed with the participants in mind and are easy to access. So, to spend your days in comfort, choose our SIL accommodation.

Centred Care Nursing supports NDIS participants with transportation and travel arrangements whenever necessary. This service allows us to transport participants safely to and from destinations. We can arrange for a support person to accompany participants who are having trouble with transportation. Our cars can get you there in style and comfort if you need transportation to a specific location.

Centred Care Nursing has you covered if you are experiencing difficulties understanding or managing the funding in your NDIS plan. Our support coordinators are very experienced. They are trained professionals who have been in the business of helping NDIS participants get the most out of their NDIS plans. Centred Care Nursing is proactive in assisting you in coordinating your supports. We don’t shy away from requesting reviews where necessary. We have a network of allied health providers that are very qualified and that can help with all the assessments required to ensure that you receive reasonable and necessary funding for your supports.“We centre our care on the participant.”
